About White Cube
White Cube was set up by Jay Jopling in 1993 as a project room for contemporary art. The gallery has since grown into one of the most influential commercial galleries in the world, representing internationally renowned artists such as Georg Baselitz, Tracey Emin, Antony Gormley, Mona Hatoum, Anselm Kiefer, Liu Wei, Park Seo Bo, Doris Salcedo and Jeff Wall.
White Cube's exhibition programme extends across locations in London, Hong Kong, Paris, New York, Seoul and online. Since its inception in 1993, the gallery has exhibited the work of many of the world's most highly acclaimed contemporary artists.
The Role
The Head of Transformation will contribute to the creation and oversee the delivery of a digital transformation program driving organisational change, innovation, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the wider executive leadership team, this role will be pivotal in identifying and implementing solutions to meet strategic objectives.
The role requires strategic vision, program management expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the gallery. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation initiative, enabling the organisation to modernise its operations and achieve long-term growth objectives.
