Job Description
Homeless Accommodation Manager Oversee the daily operations of the accommodation facility. Ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all residents. Manage and support a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery. Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate support services. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the accommodation services. Handle resident issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the homelessness or social care sector. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in homelessness services.
