Job Description

Contract length: 12 months

Work Location: Hybrid - London (2 days per week)

IR35 Status: Outside

Interview: 1 stage, MS Teams

Key fintech client looking for a HR Advisor to provide mat-leave cover and manage HR services for UK & Switzerland offices.

You will have sole management of the Switzerland office and share responsibility for UK office with 2 other colleagues.

This role offers 2 days in office and flexible working hours (7.5hrs per day).

Job responsibilities:

- Responsibility for management of HR services (UK & Switzerland)

- Payroll and benefits administration for employees & expats

- Advising managers, and employees discussing a variety of HR topics including absences, benefits, local legislation, performance management etc.

- Take initiative to improve the service level of the HR Core team

- Remain alert on local legislation to ensure compliance and updating HR policies appropriately

- Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships; managers, employees and external vendors/suppliers

- High level of administration and processing activities surrounding onboarding & offboarding, payroll & taxation

Key Requirements:

- Min. 5 years in a HR role, utilising employment law & regulations

- Min. 5 years working in Payroll for UK & Switzerland

- Experienced in processing insurance & existing company benefits

- Strong understanding of ACAS Code of Conduct

- Experienced in using of Workday ERP system

- Integrity, confidentiality and discretion are essential

Desirable:

- Broader EMEA HR/Payroll experience

- Level 3 CIPD qualified or above

- Additional language either: French, German, Dutch
