HRIT Architect

We are seeking a seasoned HRIT Domain Architect with expertise in SAP, SuccessFactors, and system integration to join a global client. This role will drive alignment between HR processes, architecture, and IT systems, enabling seamless business operations and global consistency.

• Strong expertise in HRIT architecture, HR processes, and integration frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors, and Middleware tools.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, future-proof HRIT solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to bridge business and IT teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global, multinational organizations.
• Certifications in SAP, SuccessFactors, or enterprise architecture (eg, TOGAF).
