Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum dependent onexperience (notpro-rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Purpose of theJob
As a dynamic and motivatedqualified Teacher, you already have a passion for making adifference in the lives of pupils and young people. In this role,you will have every opportunity to live up to this ambition,responding to the needs of each individual as you help themflourish and thrive.
You will plan and deliverengaging learning on a daily basis, developing exciting andinnovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement in theclassroom. Working as a Teacher with us is not your averageteaching role. Our class sizes are small, so you are able to createa nurturing learning environment designed around each individual'sneeds, spending quality time with each pupil. You will observe,monitor and assess them, making sure their personal development andwellbeing are as important as the academic curriculum.
Participate in Safeguarding and TeamTeach training and always be vigilant of the pupils' well-being andwelfare in any interactions with pupils
Responsibility for teaching three disciplinesHistory/Geography/RE
Inspire, motivate and challenge pupils in thedelivery of the curriculum across the yeargroups
Take responsibilityand be accountable for the academic outcomes of pupilstaught
Contribute to thepastoral care of pupils and support their spiritual, moral, socialand cultural development
