The key responsibilities of this role are to fault find, inspect, maintain, and produce reports on HVAC equipment.The Role:

• Site based role.
• Facilities maintenance.
• Reactive maintenance.
• £30,000 - £45,000.
• 36.25 hours a week.

The Person:

• Experience as either HVAC Engineer or FacilitiesEngineer or Maintenance Engineer or similar.
• Qualified/Experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Experience in fault finding and producing reports.
• Full UK Driving license.
