Infrastructure Manager

Infrastructure Manager required to join my client reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the company's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal Servers, networking, and communication systems across all departments.
• Manage company data centers and rack systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to the company's systems and phone system.
• Provide 24/7 support for data center operations.
• Lead the Information Systems department, currently consisting of one Infrastructure Engineer.
• Produce reports on infrastructure improvements and future directions.
• Review and enhance support practices and document departmental status.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations.
• Ensure all processes are thoroughly documented to meet customer-facing standards.
• Deliver performance reports to customers based on SLA metrics.

Required Technical Experience:

• Hands-on experience with CISCO (Firewalls, Switches, Routers).
• Proficiency in Windows Server.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP Networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience in Web Hosting and Microsoft IIS.
• SQL Server Administration skills, including backups and job scheduling.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and Active Directory, including group policy.
• Experience with failover clustering and replication technologies.
• Proficient in backup management.
• Skills in PowerShell and Scripting.
• Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS Cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker administration.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
