Installations Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new and exciting role on a Temporary to Permanent basis

Your new role

Raising job folders, keeping installation files for all jobs up to date

Raising jobs and entering pricing

Raise PO's against jobs

Check supplier invoice pricing against raised PO's

Entering commissioning sheets, send to customers

Recording FGAS - Experience would be preferred

Booking training courses for Engineers, making sure certificates/licences don't expire

Booking accommodation for Engineers when appropriate

Answering incoming calls

Ad hoc admin
