Sales Co-ordinator - Swansea - Permanent
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn. You will be a strong communicator who is ready to communicate verbally or in writing with customers, suppliers and any other stakeholders necessary. Further to this, you will be a tech-savvy individual with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. You will be expected to work well within a team and possess good organisation and multitasking skills.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary between £23,000 - £23,500. You will have the opportunity to work with flexitime. Your new role
Your new role as Sales Co-ordinator is a varied role. You will have numerous responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Produce quotations to provide for customers
- Provide effective account management
- Support external sales to bring visit action items to completion
- Processing new sales leads
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Receipt and processing of incoming orders from customers
- Ensuring accurate input of customer orders onto SAP system
- Performing end-to-end management of customer orders
- Negotiating factory lead times
- Various other duties!
