- Definition of sales and earnings targets (DB) and annual market/customer planning
- Participation in creating time and capacity utilization and forcast plans (ongoing during the quarter)
- Tender review and project creation together with sales management/process engineering
- Project development with on-site customer visits (survey of the current situation, recording of operating data, Separator of archive documents, coordination of the execution or scope of services and delivery)
- Project coordination, project start-up with project execution, scheduling and coordination, clarification of operational requirements (customer/PMT)
- Ongoing contact (in writing, by telephone and in person) with customers for support and possibly for - for detailed clarification, information on project progress, etc.)
- Cost and schedule controlling of ongoing projects with the project manager
- Offer and closing responsibility
- Overall project responsibility incl. Acceptance and payment
- Coordination responsibility for all projects in the team
- Duty to inform the management/sales management
- Completed technical training in the field of mechanical/operational engineering (e.g. HTL, FH)
- 5 years of professional experience in technical sales in a production company, including sound technical know-how (market knowledge of the state of the art and competitors, solid technical knowledge of mechanical engineering and process engineering)
- Economic understanding & action (cost accounting, mark-ups and calculation)
- Experience in drafting international supply and service contracts
- Knowledge of international trade in goods and services (e.g. customs, Incoterms, taxes)
- Business fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of another foreign language an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, MS Teams, ACAD etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, also in an international context; teamwork and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel approx. 30% of working hours and a class B driver's license

- An attractive performance-related salary according to the collective agreement for employees in the general trade. We pay plus variable salary components, depending on qualifications and experience. Gross monthly salary from € 4,000 (for 40 hours per week, excluding bonuses, overtime, etc.)
