My client is a well-regarded specialist FS International tax and Transaction Tax team, currently seeking to hire talented Senior Managers into their fast-growing team in London.

The team helps global businesses navigate the complex landscape of international tax and cross-border international transactions.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a crucial role in advising clients on international tax strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and other cross-border transactions. You'll work closely with our clients' leadership teams to ensure their tax affairs are aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in international tax advisory or transactions tax with a focus on financial services.
• CTA/ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
