Finitas has teamed up with a leading insurance broker to recruit an International Tax Manager. This role focuses on managing corporate income tax compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, audits, and planning for European operations, while overseeing compliance providers and enhancing tax processes across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead European corporate tax compliance with local CFOs and compliance providers.
• Collaborate with the Group Head of Tax on projects, restructures, and financing matters.
• Advise on tax implications of restructures, model scenarios, and stay updated on global tax changes.
• Establish tax processes for international offices and support cross-functional teams with tax expertise.

Requirements:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA with strong international tax and transfer pricing knowledge.
• Skills in process improvement, change management, and tax reporting.
• Background in PE, insurance broking, or acquisition integration is a plus.
