Your Tasks

• Valuation & execution of venture capital investment and sales transactions
  • Sourcing, screening, analysing and presenting investment opportunities
  • Development of investment theses
  • Timing, evaluation & execution of commercial analyses, as well as support of due diligence processes in cooperation with external service providers
  • Negotiation, contract drafting and transaction execution
• Management of existing portfolio companies
  • Fulfilling advisory board mandates and shareholder meetings
  • Communication with and sparring of founders, co-investors and advisory board members
  • Analysing the business strategy, organisational structure, financial planning and IP situation
  • Monitoring and reporting on the portfolio companies
  • Preparation and coordination of investment rounds
