iOS Chapter Lead - Permanent Position - Finance Sector
As an iOS Chapter Lead, you will balance your responsibilities as both an iOS Developer and a Team Lead. In this dual role, you'll actively contribute as a developer within your interdisciplinary team while also overseeing and guiding your chapter.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coaching & Mentorship: Foster technical expertise and craftsmanship within your chapter.
- Personal Development: Support the growth and development of team members through guidance and feedback.
- HR & Recruitment: Manage HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Collaboration: Align with other chapter leads to build a cohesive and vibrant developer community, establishing shared visions and strategies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in and host events such as workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and communities of practice.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the IT Lead to ensure chapter goals align with organizational objectives.
- Team Culture: Promote a positive, inclusive, and innovative team culture, ensuring a healthy work environment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and innovations, sharing your knowledge with the team.

Your Profile:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in iOS Development (Swift/Objective-C)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in DevOps practices
- Deep understanding of architecture and design patterns
- Advanced knowledge of Swift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with modern Apple technologies like SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency
- Experience with CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in Objective-C, Ruby, and Python
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding and practice of Scrum Values (openness, courage, commitment, respect, focus)
- Release management expertise
