Job Description
IT Commercial Analyst
Leading entrepreneurial international law firm seeks an IT Commercial Analyst to provide support a digital transformation on a 6-month FTC.
- Salary to £47,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

IT Commercial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day IT purchases
- Arrange NDAs, support tenders, and pro-actively monitor active contracts
- Monitors and maintains financial records to agreed requirements for compliance and audit
- Supporting procurement processes, e.g. RFIs, RFPs, and coordinating tender document reviews
- Contributing to the development of new procurement processes and introduction of a procurement system
IT Commercial Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a comparable organisation or technology supplier
- Solid financial and/or commercial qualifications, with an excellent grasp of budget management and procurement in a technology function or supplier
- Able to manage stakeholders' expectations when working to deadlines
- Professional manner with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
