IT Operations Support Engineer - Hampshire or Staffordshire/Hybrid working - up to £32,000 per annum

TrinIT Talent are looking for a IT Operations Support Engineer to join our customers team based in either Hampshire or Staffordshire depending on your preference with some remote working available. This is a permanent position paying up to £32,000 per annum.

6 working cycle followed by 4 days off

- 2 days Early Rota: 07:00 to 14:00

- 2 days Late Rota: 14:00 to 22:00

- 2 days of Night Rota: 22:00 to 07:00

- 4 days off

- Average of 33 worked hours per week

• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems

• 1st and 2nd line technical support for company and client system

• Phone, remote sessions and email with occasional site visits according to experience and skill

• You will be responsible for resolving tickets on issues such as Firewalls, email filtering, web security, endpoint detection and response products, authentication, enterprise mobility solutions, incident management & monitored systems

• The role is to provide first and some second-line support. Work is handled principally by phone, remote sessions, and email with occasional site visits according to experience and skills.
