Our client is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for assisting with 1st/2nd line helpdesk requests and device builds, providing support to head office and field based staff. With the option for hybrid working following a successful probation period, this role provides flexibility and balance.
What you'll do:
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's IT systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing a high level of IT support across the group, assisting with helpdesk requests, building devices as required, and offering support to both head office and field staff. You will ensure that all systems are stable and secure, liaising with third-party suppliers when necessary. Adherence to established IT procedures and checklists will be key to your success in this role.
What you bring:
The ideal IT Service Desk Analyst will bring experience in IT support, including desktop support, laptop/PC builds, and Android/iOS tablet & mobile phone deployments. You will have experience using helpdesk ticket systems and be proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11. Your ability to troubleshoot printers & internet connectivity issues will be crucial, as will your experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM), Office365 SharePoint Administration & Support, and Entra (Azure AD & Security). Your understanding of Windows Server 2019 Active Directory will set you apart.
Strong knowledge of Desktop Support
Experience with Laptop/PC builds
Proficiency in Android / iOS tablet & mobile phone deployments
Experience of helpdesk ticket systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11
Ability to troubleshoot Printers & Internet connectivity issues
Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 SharePoint Administration & Support
Understanding of Azure AD
Experience with Windows Server 2019 Active Directory
