We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to oversee and optimise our client's technology infrastructure, We need a confident Support Engineer who has knowledge (or an understanding and willing to upskill) Office 365 support, cyber security, telecommunications, networking and software license management.
This role is for a private residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, supporting 100 users and the successful candidate must be confident supporting users, problem solving and any gaps in knowledge the company is happy to train for the right individual.
Key Skills
- Proven experience managing M365 in a hybrid environment.
- Active Directory
- Windows 11
- Intune
- VOIP
- Hardware and Peripherals
Any knowledge of IT infrastructure, including server and network security management is advantageous.
This role offers a unique chance to take ownership of the clients IT landscape, ensuring it operates securely and efficiently to support their mission.
Due to location candidates must have a valid driving license.
