Temp to Perm
Join an IT Team in higher education setting on temporary basis with the possibility to secure permanent employment.
Salary up to £26.500k p/a
Monday to Friday, full time position
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in delivering IT Support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proven customer service skills.
Experience of working in an IT ServiceDesk
Requirements:
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with students and staff at all levels both technical and non-technical with excellent written and spoken English.
Good attention to detail.
Organised with an ability to cope with multiple conflicting priorities.
