Japanese Speaking Vice President, Finance Officer
Job title: Japanese Speaking Vice President, Finance Officer

Suggested Salary: £76K £95K
Key Responsibilities
- Business Financing:
- Develop and implement business financing plans.
- Diversify financing tools and manage financing operations.
- Engage in loan negotiations and build relationships with financial institutions.
- Manage funds and monitor financing costs. - Accounting:
- Oversee branch accounting and budgeting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial operations. - Other Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular reports to HQ.
- Manage local tax administration in collaboration with external advisors.
- Support finance and accounting for subsidiaries and group companies across Europe.
- Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc assistance as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance, particularly in business financing and cash flow management.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Relevant degree such as BA/MA in Business, MBA, etc.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

- Management experience, particularly in talent development.
- Sales experience in corporate finance.
- Qualifications such as certified accountant or tax accountant.
- Familiarity with International Accounting Standards or Japanese Accounting Standards.
- Experience in global business accounting or tax, and knowledge of capital market transactions (e.g., bond issuance).
