Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) SKE Holding GmbH

SKE is Huawei Value Added Partner. Based in Austria, SKE supplies 16 countries in Europe with smart solar products from Huawei quickly and on time. As a Huawei Value Added Partner and Huawei Service Partner, SKE takes over all sales, service and support activities for Huawei FusionSolar and offers solar solutions for residential, commercial & industrial and utility scale applications.

How you will make your Mark:

• Legal advice in various areas (e.g. distribution law, tenancy law, data protection law, labor law) including preparation and support of court proceedings and official procedures (e.g. foreign employment law/visa law)
• Preparation and review of various types of contracts (e.g. supply contracts, project contracts) and other legal documents (e.g. legal correspondence before a legal dispute)
• Contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
• Preparation, review and adjustment of employment contracts as well as advice on labor law issues
• Review and analysis of legal issues, including the preparation of legal documents for management
• Assist with regulatory compliance and compliance issues
• Insurance administration, including reviewing policies and processing claims
• Collaboration with external law firms and other legal advisors
• Research into current legal developments and implementation of these in the company
• Organizing and managing the filing system for legal documents and relevant records

Hard Facts & Soft Skills:

• Completed law degree, with at least 2 years of professional experience as an in-house legal counsel
• All-rounder mentality: You feel at home in different legal areas and enjoy advising different departments
• Independent and structured way of working as well as strong analytical skills
• Committed personality with integrity and a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
