A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join one of the most exciting and ambitious national financial advisory firms as a Junior Paraplanner / IFA Administrator at their office in Kibworth.

Willing to learn new skills and develop more complex financial administration skills over a 12-18 month period
Report writing and research
Tasks
Issuing reports and letters, completed by the team to clients.
Completing application forms on behalf of clients.
Issuing forms to clients and sending completed forms to providers.
Actioning post received in the office and via head office.
Business submissions.
Annual Review submissions.
Chasing outstanding applications/transfers/other work
Tracking outstanding submissions
Preparing packs for client meetings
Manage a diary chasing system
Issuing letters of authority to providers, tracking receipt of form by provider and chasing required information.
Housekeeping of in house system.
Filing, scanning and general housekeeping
The successful applicant will have
A minimum of 1 year of financial services experience.
Level 4 Diploma or working towards.
Ability to engage with colleagues and clients of all backgrounds.
Excellent organisational skills.
