About the Role


As the Corporate Knowledge Lawyer, you'll be integral to the Private Equity team, supporting private equity houses, management teams, and investee companies across the full life cycle of private equity transactions. You will:


1. Legal Updates and Developments
  • Keep the team informed on legal and regulatory changes affecting Private Equity.
  • Circulate updates and analyse their impact on internal know-how and resources.
  • Address team queries and oversee legal research.

2. Precedents and Internal Know-How
  • Develop and maintain a bank of precedents, ensuring timely updates.
  • Facilitate post-deal debriefs and coordinate updates to internal materials.
  • Streamline processes for bible and portfolio site management.

3. Training and New Joiner Support
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for associates, new joiners, and clients.
  • Create and update best practice guides and ensure access to key legal resources.
  • Support innovation projects such as document automation and AI tools.

You'll collaborate closely with the firm-wide Head of Knowledge Management and contribute to firm-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency and client service.
