Job Description
Lead Commercial Insights Analyst required by a healthcare business empowering patients through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection, giving them control over their health.
You will be responsible for maximising the value generated from insight services by translating desired customer outcomes into effective insight solutions. You will oversee the provision of data, resolve ad hoc queries, conduct regular optimisation reviews, and lead evidence generation projects to ensure continuous improvement of digital insights solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into actionable insight solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and strategic outcomes.
- Design and deploy regular data feeds to provide timely and accurate insights to customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve ad hoc insights queries to meet the immediate needs of customers and provide relevant, data-driven answers.
- Conduct regular optimisation reviews to ensure insights solutions remain efficient, relevant, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
- Lead the execution of evidence generation projects, leveraging data and insights to support business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- Commercial Insights Expertise: Proven ability to develop insight-driven solutions that generate value for customers and the business.
- Able to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Optimisation and Review: Experience conducting regular reviews to optimise solutions and ensure continuous improvement.
- Digital Tools: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for managing insights and data services.
- Project Management (Evidence Generation): Proven experience in leading evidence generation projects that deliver actionable insights for the business.
- Customer-Facing Skills: High level of customer-facing experience to effectively communicate insights and project outcomes.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of insight-driven programs.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver results on time.
Regulatory Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with data protection and industry standards when designing and delivering insight solutions (e.g., GDPR).
