We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to join us as part of our team.
About the roleThis role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing programs and systems that enhance skills design and development, managerial growth, succession planning, and overall employee experience. A key focus will be on building cross-cultural competencies for management and driving change management to ensure the successful implementation of programs across the organization. You will leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technological solutions to automate and streamline talent development initiatives, ensuring scalability and impact.
TeamHead of Rewards & Talent and 2 Rewards Partners and 1 Talent Partner.
As a qualified expert, you will- Take full ownership of designing and managing talent development programs across the company during all stages - design, automation, and adoption, including skill-building, succession planning, and managerial growth initiatives;
- Implement cross-cultural management competencies in leadership programs and land them in the organization;
- Lead change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation of talent initiatives and high adoption rates;
- Participate actively in designing, testing, and adopting the new LMS or define other tools to enhance efficiency and scalability;
- Partner with leadership to create frameworks for identifying future skills and addressing gaps;
- Develop Talent Development analytics to provide data-driven insights into program outcomes;
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and HR partners on talent development-related topics.
Technical Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields;
- Expertise in designing and implementing skills frameworks, leadership development programs, and succession planning;
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural management and communication strategies;
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, and equivalent tools;
- Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies for program rollouts;
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives;
- Advanced proficiency in project management and organizational skills;
- English - upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
