  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the legal team
  • Prepare, proofread and revise legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage case files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Coordinate meetings, manage diaries and set-up video conferencing
  • Liaise with clients and other professionals in a courteous and professional manner
  • Keep up-to-date with civil court procedures and relevant legislation
  • Handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner
  • Support other team members and departments as required
