Luxury Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a luxury store manager to join a footwear brand launching in the UK.
This is a great chance for an accomplished store manager to hit the ground running.

As a store manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to excel in customer service and achieving KPIs.
You will manage the store's P&L, loss prevention, and health & safety needs. You will be present with the team but highly organized in the back of house with rotas and HR issues.

To be successful in this role, you will:

1. Have previous luxury store management experience
2. Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills
3. Have experience with clientelling and building customer loyalty

In return, there is a competitive salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, as well as commission. You will be in a highly desired premium London location, with great growth opportunities.
