LV System Engineer

"Electrical Engineer" for work within electrical energy technology for direct use in our projects. Within our team, the focus is on the engineering and production of low-voltage distribution systems within the international data center industry. As an engineer, you will work together with a lead engineer on technical design, factory testing and commissioning activities in a young team. The emphasis is on hardware engineering. Visiting our projects and factories is also part of this role.

What do your activities consist of in this position?

• Engineering work at the office/home such as:

o Designing distribution systems and coordinating interfaces with our customers;

o Make basic and detailed design;

o Selection of materials;

o Prepare drawings with support from CAD engineer;

o Handling of technical issues;

• Managing our factory during production, and organizing the factory tests;

• Record the progress of the work and resolve technical residual issues;

• Placing orders and learning to estimate commercial impact for extra work that is carried out;

• Completed Bachelor in electrical engineering or equivalent; (>5 years of work experience in the

projects);

• Preferably experience in designing electrical panels;

• Flexible work attitude, practical and result-oriented;

• Communicative, committed, stress-resistant and able to act in a hectic environment;

• Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language, both written and spoken;

• In possession of driver's license B and living in the region of The Hague (

• Working week of 40 hours, in consultation it is possible to work from home 3 days a week.

Primary employment conditions

• A gross monthly salary of up to €4500
• A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
• 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries

Secondary employment conditions

• Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
• 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours

You will be seconded for one year via Yacht, with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position at Siemens after this year
