Our client in Venlo is looking for driven production workers who want to work in a refrigerated environment and are responsible for converting semi-finished products into quality finished products.

What will you do?

• Accurately process raw materials into finished product as per the order;
• Starting up and setting up packaging machines for efficient production;
• Ensuring correct products and materials on the production line;
• Coordinating work distribution and material supply at the machine;
• Early detection and reporting of any malfunctions to the head of production;
• Registering and resolving faults to ensure smooth production;
• Monitoring, recording and controlling quality and quantity of finished products;
• Consult with supervisors on deviations and details;
• Functionally managing production employees and working together for optimal results;
• Ensuring accurate registration of incoming and outgoing products and packaging materials;
• Coordinate cleaning activities to ensure a hygienic working environment;
• Assist with various tasks as assigned by the head of production.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of LBO level or equivalent;
• Experience of operating process equipment in food technology;
• Knowledge of HACCP is a requirement;
• Accuracy in preparing products and setting up packaging machines;
• Willingness to work under cool temperatures and with repetitive operations.
• Independent, accurate, technically proficient and able to direct or instruct others.
