Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description:My client are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems within the historic and modern buildings are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in electrical maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of all building systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid UK driving license.
