We are seeking a General Handy Person to join our clients' team, working on student accommodation in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Performing general maintenance and repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Responding to maintenance requests from students and staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and reliability
