maintenance Operative

Your new company
You will be working for a huge Student accomodation provider who have buildings across the UK. You will be working in the Leeds area on an essential project in the centre of Leeds.
Your new role
Undertake minor plumbing/ joinery and electrical works, repairing and maintaining any issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require knowledge of multiple trades. Qualifications are not necessary, however you must be able to make it to site and carry out the work required of you reporting to the building manager with any issues, willingness to work in tenanted accommodations is a must
