Your new company
Maintenance Supervisor job with a very stable and growing organisation in the Craigavon area. They operate within FMCG and a sector that will guarantee job security. This is a special production plant with a long-serving team in an ideal location very close to the M1 and so easily accessible. As a relatively new role, it will allow you to put your stamp on the role.
Your new role
Working days, Monday to Friday, with a small element of on call this is an on the tools 40% of the time and leading the team 60% of the time. Developing and leading PM systems, dealing with site contractors, budget management, small project leadership and managing your team of engineers
What you'll need to succeed
To secure an interview, we are seeking time served in maintenance discipline, previous experience in processing/production environment and people leadership experience.
