• Lead, coachand furthergrowselected engineering teams (up to 20 Dynatracers)
• Identify talentand provide career guidance to team members
• Strongly collaboratewith the responsible Team Captains, providementoring and coaching
• Learn from Directors Software Developmentand take over more responsibilities step by step
• Ensureperformanceandalignmentof your teams
• Take over leadership tasks such ascareer development, promotions, and compensation planning
• Support Directors Software Development ingrowth planning and hiring
• Identifies and drivesorganizational change initiatives

• 3+ yearsof experience inbuilding and leadinga successfulsoftware team(or similar)
• Demonstrate passion forleading through coachingand mentoring
• Ability to actively shape anddrive change initiatives
• Strongcommunication and coordinationskills
• Ability tobreak down, communicate and implementhigh levelstrategiesto your area of responsibility
