1. Lead, coach and further grow selected engineering teams (up to 20 Dynatracers)
2. Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members
3. Strongly collaborate with the responsible Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching
4. Learn from Directors Software Development and take over more responsibilities step by step
5. Ensure performance and alignment of your teams
6. Take over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning
7. Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring
8. Identifies and drives organizational change initiatives
