Manager/Director - Insurance/Broking/Channel Islands

Senior Manager/Director level role/Insurance/Financial Services/Broking/Broker/Commercial Insurance/People Management/Leadership/Operations/Based in the Channel Islands/Permanent role, £80,000 - 120,000 + benefits & bonus.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Manager within Insurance and Broking.

Location - Channel Islands - Guernsey or Jersey

Permanent role

Salary £80,000 - 120,000 + 20% bonus and excellent benefits

(The Islands income tax is fixed at 20%)

My client will provide housing licence and assist with relocation for candidates based outside of the Islands.

Experience:

• Experience in a Senior Management/Director role
• Must have strong insurance sector experience
• Current or background working in a insurance broking/brokers environment
• Very strong people skills - team management, leadership, training, development
• Finance, budgeting, P&L
• Ideally ACII qualified/part qualified or similar
