Tasks
  • Responsible for leading and strategically directing the German subsidiary, aligning it with the Group's overall strategy to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
  • The Managing Director fosters a growth-oriented culture, supports transformation initiatives, and contributes to the company's global vision.
  • Total workforce of 700 employees, with direct oversight of the Senior Management Team across Sales (SMB, Corporate), Operations (Supply Chain and Customer Service), Merchandising, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Develop and execute a local strategy that aligns with global objectives to maximize competitive advantage.
  • Initiate and drive business transformation to respond to market needs and customer demands, expanding growth potential.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans across all channels to fuel the company's growth.
  • Define and monitor budget and investment plans in coordination with the Group Executive Team, ensuring adherence.
  • Promote automation and digitalization to enhance efficiency.
  • Build a strong-performing Senior Management Team, especially in the Sales division.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and authorities to create mutual benefits.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and proactively implement strategies to address future challenges and position the company effectively.
  • Reports directly to the Managing Director Europe.
Requirements
  • University degree, ideally complemented by an MBA or training in General Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Managing Director in an international and commercial company, preferably B2B, with proven leadership in transformation processes.
  • Strong background in business development, change management, and customer-centric strategies. Analytical skills for optimizing processes and KPIs.
