Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Proactively cultivate a robust pipeline of M&A engagements by leveraging your extensive network of senior executives across the technology industry.
  • Manage Complex Transactions: Seamlessly guide the entire M&A process, from deal origination through negotiation and closing.
  • Inspire and Develop Talent: Attract, mentor, and retain a team of motivated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Shape the firm's strategic direction within the technology M&A space, aligning growth plans with emerging market trends.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 10 years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on technology M&A, and a demonstrated history of successfully closed deals.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to forge deep relationships with C-level decision-makers throughout the technology sector.
