Job Description

The Market Manager - Northern Hemisphere is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and driving market strategies, operations, and business growth in the Northern Hemisphere regions. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and in-depth market knowledge to effectively manage market dynamics, customers and to drive sales through key distributor partnerships.

Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve market growth and revenue targets within the assigned geography, which deliver planned profitability
  • Drive business growth through effective market strategies, business development, andjoint planning with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, monitor competition, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Work with the CCO to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize market penetration and sustainable revenue growth
  • Ensure efficient and effective market operations, including logistics, compliance, and customer service
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enter new markets, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence. Work with the Warehousing & Logistics Manager to streamline export processes and optimise resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency and delivery standards.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Build strong customer and distributor relationships to enhance customer satisfaction through tailored market strategies and educational programmes.
  • Regularly assess distributor performance, providing feedback and support to drive improvement and achieve targets.
  • Lead negotiations with distributors to secure favourable terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
