The Department
The Maths Directorate is a supportive and dedicated department with a cohesive team who work together to achieve excellent outcomes for students. Progress of students in Maths is above the national average with excellent results expected in 2025. The department leads an exciting curriculum that celebrates high academic expectations and the development of student character through challenging schemes of work ensuring pupils can apply Maths in a range of contexts.

The Role
Outstanding subject knowledge in Maths and a passion for your subject
Determination to raise standards of teaching, learning and examination performance in Maths with a focus on KS5
Teaching success at all key stages with proven success at KS5
Outstanding classroom management skills and strong commitment to behaviour management within a restorative practice framework
The ability to demonstrate initiative in a school where enthusiasm and hard work are valued
Evidence of adding capital to students through extracurricular enrichment
The ability to exploit the potential of our pupils to perform exceptionally well in KS5 as a foundation for their future
You should be inspired by Broadway's existing co-curricular and extra-curricular offer through its outdoor education centre in Worcestershire and want to bring your creativity to expand this for the department and the benefit of our students.
