Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an M+E contractor in Reading with the recruitment of a Mechanical Supervisor to join their busy team.

Your New Role

You will work within a team to effectively deliver the project by being responsible for the delivery of the mechanical works onsite whilst keeping strict attention to quality, health and safety and compliance.

You will effectively manage the mechanical onsite labour for the project and co-ordinate onsite mechanical subcontractors, work alongside the commercial department and provide technical assistance on variances/changes to the project where requested, as well as proactively supervise the projects alongside the wider operational team.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have previous experience running onsite mechanical services within an M+E environment, experience in projects between £500k-£2m as well as holding the relevant mechanical qualifications.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with the daily rate between £250 - £300 per day on a 12-month interim contract.
