Mendix Developer

We are looking for a skilled Mendix Developer to join a dynamic DevOps team. Your role involves gathering business requirements, designing innovative IT solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery and maintenance. You will be responsible for the entire development life cycle, from ideation to production, ensuring stability, security, and performance along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop business applications using Mendix.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Deploy, test, and monitor applications in production environments.
• Optimize processes and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience with Mendix development.
• Strong understanding of domain models, microflows, user roles, and Mendix security concepts.
• Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial risk and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with REST APIs, web services, Java, or .NET.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Daily Activities:

• Build and deploy Mendix-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support applications in test and production environments.
• Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
• Experiment with new technologies and contribute to team growth.
