Microfocus Changeman Consultant

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in London City and one Role in Holborn.
Duration: 3 months

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Senior Consultant for one of their Clients based in (Hybrid).

Role Description:

Key Skills - Changeman ZMF Admin Skill
o Minimum 10+ Years in Microfocus Changeman Admin
o Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Customize of Changeman ZMF
o Minimum 3+ Years of experience in Banking/Finance Domain

Technical Skills

• Possess in-depth knowledge of ChangeMan ZMF features, functions, and architecture
• Customize ChangeMan ZMF by implementing user exits, updating services, creating custom reports, setting up the SYSOUT facility, and maintaining skeletons
• Changeman administration for selectable options based on site-specific needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ChangeMan ZMF
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize ChangeMan ZMF processes
• Participate in ChangeMan ZMF upgrade projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Define and manage user access rights, security entities, and restrictions
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for ChangeMan ZMF configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Train other team members on ChangeMan ZMF administration.
• Good Experience in creating automation using REXX
• Databases: Mainframe DB2
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies
• Eager to Learn/Quick Learner.
