To assist and work alongside the cleaning manager to support with a team of cleaners and work together to create a close-knit team.

Supervision and oversight of the team to ensure high quality services and compliance by carrying out regular quality checks on sites across the Northwest.

Be involved and hands on with jobs to assist the team of cleaners.

To communicate with clients confidently to best understand their needs and requirements

To be involved in some HR aspects and must be a people person to best support the team to the best possible standard. (completion of return to works)

About You:

Experience in cleaning and supervising (preferred)

Full UK Driving License
