Your new job will be working for a supported housing scheme for single homeless vulnerable people in Manchester and Salford
Your new role
Your new role will be to carry out all maintenance work on social housing properties. This will include basic plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, grounds maintenance, painting and all maintenance works.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need;
- Full UK Driving License
- Multi Skilled in various trades such as joinery, plastering, painting, plumbing and grounds maintenance
- Preferably have worked within social housing properties
- Great customer service skills
