Multi Trade Plasterer Leicestershire £25.00ph + Van + Fuel Card

Multi Trade Operatives required to start work for an East Midlands based housing association

Works will predominantly be in and around Leicestershire however travel to surrounding counties may be required

Long term temporary contract with the potential to become permanent

You will be responsible for carrying out day to day reactive maintenance in social housing

Work will be in occupied properties so previous experience working in a similar environment is required

Ideally you will have a trade related qualification (NVQ Level 2 minimum in either Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering)

You must have a valid driving license

Company van & fuel card will be provided

You will also require an in date DBS, asbestos awareness and working at heights (can be completed prior to starting)

Working Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 (40 hours paid per week)

Possibility of out of hours rota/overtime TBC
