The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades and be capable of performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building work.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Perform inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multiskilled Operative or similar role.

Proficiency in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
