NCC Manager

Job Title: Network Control Center Manager (NCC)

Location: Brindisi-Italy

Contract Type: 12 month contract + Extension

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Control Centre Manager to join our client that is in the public sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall activities, including NCC supervisors
• Act as the further escalation point for the supervisors
• Report to management on any issues that could have significant impact on service delivery.
• Attend periodical service revision meetings with senior management.
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with subject matter expert engineering teams.
• Attend Change Management Board meeting if required

Experience:

• NCC Manager must have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• NCC Manager must have ITIL v3 Expert certification, or the equivalent ITIL 4 certification.
• NCC Manager must be fluent in English equivalent to the B2 level or above.
