Are you a passionate NPI & Production Engineer ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role?

I am working with a leading product research and development company, that is seeking a talented NPI & Production Engineer to join their team.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of industry-leading products, including lighting control, LED video processing, and motion control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire product life cycle, from initial design to mass production
• Developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
• Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in NPI and production engineering
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
