About The Role
You will be responsible for being an integral part in the operation within the three rooms covering all early years in our Nursery. The role will also be key in delivering a stimulating and varied programme of play alongside other team members, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times and working alongside the Nursery Leaders to deliver a consistent Parent/Carer/Children's experience & team experience whilst delivering the key responsibilities & compliance of the Butlin's Young Stars Nursery.
You will become involved in every aspect of our Nursery covering activity planning, child observation, supporting a stimulating and creative atmosphere and taking part in a wide program of activities for the children.
Working hours will include Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm.
This role is a 9 month fixed term contract.
This position will require us to conduct a enhanced DBS check.
About You
You should have a passion for wanting to work with children and enjoy working in partnership with families and providers, looking after children takes a team of people! Previous experience working in a nursery or child-friendly setting is essential.
You should like talking to people on a daily basis and enjoy getting involved in a wide variety of activities each and every day as we believe there's no better feeling than a child's happiness when you support them through their early years development.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
For this position you MUST hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification teamed with experience in working with babies and have a secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
